If there was a negative star they would have gotten it. First room they gave me was allready occupied. They didn't have any more of the exact room i reserved so they put me in a comparable one. That had blood on the sheets and either mud or fecal matter smeared on the foot of the bed spread. Dispite the late hour I was done. They did refund me my money. But ewwwwwww and gag.
Clean and reasonably priced. Good breakfast and friendly family management. The family is continuing to do a good job renovating. We will stay there again .
Newly renovated hotel and very good deal for the price that you pay.
While still undergoing a major renovation under new ownership, this is a very pleasant place to stay. I fully expect it to improve even further once the Reno is completed. At that point, I would almost certainly award a fifth star.
Extraordinarily friendly staff, easily close to one of the friendliest we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. They were very accommodating and friendly from check in to check out, and on the phone .
Staff were great, as was the service they provided. The new decor is quite pleasing, and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Our rooms were fresh and clean and the beds very, very comfortable.
I would definitely stay there again, the next time I am in the area.
Great place to stay! Newly renovated rooms and the staff is second to none! New owners are doing a great job making this one of the best places to stay in New Buffalo! Will definitely come here again! Five stars! Highly recommended!
