Broke down on the highway and had the quickest service imaginable. Was able to replace my alternator within 2 hours and back on the road again. Honest and hard working people that are truly the backbone of America.
Great place and owner! We were from out of town and had a nail in the tire. We were in and out within 15 minutes.
Extortionists. We were overweight at the scale. Took off 5 skids. Charged $750. Fine. We go in with another truck 3 business days later. They charge $600 for "storage". You got me over a barrel. Nice business practice
Very very nice people! Very honest and straightforward. Our car broke down while we were at a wedding in New Buffalo. We are from Chicago and I happened to find this shop on yelp. We took our car here and they were so nice and so honest and actually give us a ride back to our hotel in three Oaks! Gotta love smaller town living. I can't recommend them enough. Roger and his wife are wonderful.
These guys are great! We were headed to the casino from Chicago and got a flat on a rear tire, luckily close to a highway off ramp. We got off, went directly to the closest gas station to discover the air hose was frozen. I called Roger’s Wrecker and they agreed to come to the gas station to help us but before they got there we were able to get the air hose to work. We got enough air in the tire to drive to their business, which was about .5 miles away. They took care of the flat immediately, showed us what caused the flat and the damage, and got us on our way to the casino in about 20 minutes. Plus, the cost was extremely reasonable.
